Pros:There was no line in the rental office, the staff person was friendly, and the drop-off was super easy and very pleasant. The car was not cleaned properly, but after our request, they had it cleaned. The car itself, however, was excellent (Skoda Octavia).Cons:They should prepare the cars for rentals with more care.Reviewed 4 Sept 2019

Cons:They tried to add $350 damage on the car that was there two weeks after the fact. I emailed customer service that there was no damage on the car. But absolutely no response. I literally had to walk into the office and they looked at the pictures and agreed that there was no damage.Reviewed 23 Aug 2019

Cons:They changed 800 euros for a deposit. Way too much. I reserved and paid extra for an automatic Audi A3 or something similar, instead I got a manual junker skoda with wiper blades barely working. The customer service in Prague is non existent.Reviewed 3 Aug 2019

Pros:The Pick up and Drop off were very quick. Staff are well trained and efficient. The car was new with approximately 1000 kms on it. It was very clean inside and outside.Cons:Not much. The parking spaces for Budget are a walk and 12 floors up in an adjacent building to the rental desk. It would make it easier with luggage to have a closer and more convenient parking facility.Reviewed 10 Apr 2019

Pros:Easy to pickup and drop off.Cons:Disclosing the fees up front. Not knowing that one has to pay extra in order to take the car 150 Km south of the boarder. And, to pay extra for tolls to drive the car south of the boarder. These turned a good deal on this rental to a poor deal.Reviewed 22 Mar 2019
