I did not like the fact that they didn’t honor the rate that I was given in my original reservation and they tried to obligate me to pay for liability insurance even though I provided evidence that my personal auto insurance covered liability. I will not rent from this company again.

They didn’t have the car I reserved and the one I received smelled terrible.

I overall had a decent experience but the pickup in las Vegas was not good. I had to wait a 35 minutes to get a car I had reserved for a 2pm pickup when it was 3pm. They did not tell me why I was waiting until I asked. Did not apologize for the wait or offer anything for the wait. Vegas pickup made what would have been good experience bad.
