Pros: Staff was excellent and Gregory was super helpful with directions, etc. Customer service was the best.

Pros: Staff was super friendly, pleasant and accommodating. Our car was slightly too small, they went out of their way to find us another one that was big enough. Will definitely go back there next time!

Pros: Drop off was very convenient. Car was very clean.

Cons: Pick up inspection made us feel like we would be responsible for bugs on the windshield (not literally, but that was the impression. Overkill).

Very nice staff, good car

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpfull ( Claire and Maktum in Geneve!). It was not clear to me that my reservation would be ended after two hours after pick-up time. So there was no car reservated anymore. Both Claire and Maktum were very helpfull in finding a similar car. It took a while because of some technical problems with the first choice, but after all it was a very comfortable and reliable car.

Cons: The fact that my reservation was not extended till my plane has arrived, but I didn't know that that should heve been indicated or phoned in advance.

Great company and service

Pros: Representatives were super helpful and professional. Accommodating and knowledgeable.

Cons: Returning the car to the French side of the Geneva airport was a nightmare. We landed on the Swiss side and missed our flight. Our problem not the company.
