Pros:Pick up and drop off were very easy. Everyone was so nice. We also experienced a problem after we headed south. The Jaco Alamo office was very quick to fix the problem and get us back on the road. Gracias!!Cons:Well, the Alamo complete insurance package is crazy expensiveReviewed 28 May 2021

Pros:Great staff. Easy process. Clean car.Cons:Hidden fees and required insurance resulted in a 3x increase to quoted rate from website. Instead of $246.93, total cost was $735.13. Kayak is a joke. This is the ultimate rip-off as there was no way to accurately compare REAL cost of the rental. Further, the front end of this car was in terrible shape. At the first bump encountered, the left front end slammed loudly - which was an indicator of a car that was unsafe to drive. Very disappointed is an understatement.Reviewed 3 Jan 2021
