I was never again rent from Alamo, National or Enterprise again. Got to the location at 11:30pm and they were closed even after giving me assurances that they would wait for me. They had my flight information and knew exactly at what time I was arriving and never bothered to wait for me. I got stranded at their location at their location way outside of the airport with no other means of transportation at close to midnight with my 11 year old, my wife and all of our luggage. NEVER AGAIN!Reviewed 12 Apr 2026

Excellent experience,the costumer service was top notch, The people from shuttle bus to the rental office was very helpful polite and very caring!
