Absolutely horrible. Experienced flat tire and was stuck on the side of the road. The car was towed back to ORLY and Alamo reported we had to drive 50 kilometers to pick up a new car. This was the morning of my friends wedding. We opted out of a new rental as it interfered with our wedding day plans. Despite purchasing insurance, I’ve been charged with 5k in fees including the cost of the new tire for a car we weren’t able to drive anymore. Absolutely a nightmare. Also, there is no way to get in touch with ANYONE at the Alamo ORLY department. They don’t answer their phone. Will never use Alamo/Enterprise again. They are scam artists.Reviewed 6 Sept 2024
