Spoke to kayak rep before driving an hour to pick up the rental and he assured me I could rent it with a debit card as I was traveling and didn’t have my credit card. I got there just before close to be turned away by Alamo reps who were rude and unhelpful. I will never use kayak or Alamo again.Reviewed 18 Feb 2025
