Pros:Drop off was very easy. The Explorer was super comfortable and easy to drive.Cons:Inside of car was not cleaned very well at all. Fold down seats were full of dog hair. Between the seats was a nasty baby pacifier. So discusting !!!Reviewed 1 Apr 2021

Cons:There was only one person to service dollar, hertz and thrifty. I waited more than an hour outside in the cold to pick up the car. They would not call a supervisor because they said they couldn’t do anything anyway.Reviewed 7 Feb 2021

Pros:the drop off was great...Cons:...the pick up was terrible....I get with covid there are staffing issues but the wait was way too long...went from dollar terminal counter, to dollar parking deck counter to Hertz counter.....reserved a full size suv(Nissan pathfinder or similar)...and the ONLY thing the guy would give me is a dodge mini van....when I asked for something else, that was the only option........there were 6-7 people that had been waiting a long time behind me so I quit talking about it and took the van......but extremely disappointed Hertz/dollar/thrifty couldn't come up with an alternativeReviewed 23 Oct 2020
