Not a huge issue, but husband had to pay at pickup, unexpectedly, because Alamo couldn’t find the payment info I put in when booking the rental car. The reservation was in their system, just not the credit card associated with it. (not sure if it’s an issue with Expedia or Alamo) As a result, we didn’t get the 12% cash back that we factored into the price.Reviewed 1 Aug 2025

Agent was great at desk. When we got to car pick up we were offered an Audi SUV. Even though it was only a year old it was quite used. Also very uncomfortable seats to drive in. We drove a lot and not suitable for it. Also no charger for phones unless you had an older one. Radio not that wonderful either. Had rented and paid for a luxury vehicle that one had it in name only.
