Pros:Staff was helpful drop off was easy.Cons:Insurance is not included in the Kayak quote, and is required for Mexico. This add $200 to a $260 rental. Also the cars were not the same as what was listed on Kayak.Reviewed 25 Jun 2021

Cons:I specifically reserved a car return location in Downtown La Paz. And I confirmed with the person behind the counter that I can return the car in downtown. La Paz Alamo downtown location doesn’t exist anymore. I was not told that in Los Cabos so they don’t loose the rental deal. I was asked to go to the airport and return the car there. Airport location was “open” but nobody was there. A person from Avis called the employee from Alamo, and I was told the employee will be there in 15 min. An hour later, still nobody from Alamo in sight, I gave the keys of the car to Avis employee and left. I rent cars all the time, will never rent with Alamo again!Reviewed 15 Apr 2020
