Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor cleanliness, unhelpful or rude service, and disappointing breakfast experiences. Many reviews mention dirty rooms, maintenance issues, and unreliable or unfriendly staff. However, the hotel's location is appreciated by some guests for its convenience to attractions and city areas. A few reviewers also noted comfortable beds and friendly staff, but these positives were outweighed by the negative experiences reported by the majority.AI-generated from customer reviews
