Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and proximity to attractions, but many were disappointed by cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Service was often described as lacking, with complaints about absent or virtual reception, slow check-in, and unhelpful staff. Noise levels were also a common concern, with several guests reporting disturbances from both inside and outside the hotel. While a few reviews mentioned comfortable beds and modern decor, the overall experience was negatively impacted by these recurring issues.
