There was actually a power point near the bed. However, what I didn't like is more important: At checkin the receptionist just handed me the old fashioned key with a TV remote, pointed to the breakfast room and then to the lift. When I got to the room the light switches didn't work but the red standby light on the TV was on. Using my phone torch I could see there were no instructions for this in the room. I called reception and complained. The man came upstairs and put the key into a switch on the wall. I find this system ridiculous with the swipe card, but it's even cheaper and more annoying with a physical key. See pic. Being given the remote for the TV also seems like a very cheap thing to do, especially as it's only an old Philips TV and unimaginable that anyone would steal it. Incidentally, the TV only has English news stations. Next I went to connect to the WiFi, but as previously noted, there were no instructions or passwords in the room. So I went downstairs to ask for the password and it was randomly taped to a fruit bowl on the reception desk and obviously should have been provided at check-in. The bathroom was very badly designed - while small, it could have been laid out much better. The door can't fully open because the sink is in the way and the toilet is so close to the sink it's impossible to walk normally round it to get to the shower or to sit on it properly. The shower worked suprisingly well the first 2 nights, but on the 3rd it only barely managed to get luke warm. See pic The worst thing of all though was breakfast. Breakfast runs for about 3 hours and I arrived at about 2 hours after it started. There were tables already set with plates of some pre-packaged cake / biscuit things with a croissant on top. See pic. I find this completely unhygienic, not to mention very unhealthy as there was no fresh food available.

I can't imagine how these items are stored when not on the tables, or how many people or insects have touched them during the time they are sitting there.

The location of the hotel is accessible. Andbus could stop to drop off or pick up a few meters away from the hotel’s front door. Retos and shops found a few steps away.

Heater in the room was not working well and we felt cold. Room looked bigger in pictures but was a bit tight for 2 adults and one toddler.
