Cons (-) everything was covered in stains, tho especially the bedding and the towels. I asked for new sheets three times and never received them and ended up just paying for my own sheets since I was so grossed out. The staff opened my mail multiple times and there were dead bugs filling the window sill. I also booked a non-smoking room but they put me in a smoking room so I had to move all my stuff by mys...
