Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the old town and access public transport. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, often going above and beyond to accommodate guests. The pool area was highlighted as a relaxing and beautiful spot, though some noted limited hours due to restaurant use. Breakfast was generally well-received for its variety and quality, though a few guests desired more options. However, there were recurring complaints about cleanliness in some rooms and bathrooms, as well as occasional maintenance issues and noise disturbances. Overall, the positives of location, service, and amenities outweighed the negatives for most guests.
