Cons:
Totally unfriendly staff. Had to wait 45 min so they can bring the vehicle ( was paid and scheduled time up front)from another location. Then It was washed. Foggy inside glass, half a tank gas, etc.. Hertz quality suppose to be above all the other rental companies in the world?10.0 Wonderful

My pick up time was 12 and I got there at 12:04 but they couldn’t help me cause they closed at 4 and I was not informedCons:

The overall process was excellent. Staff, Company and company to customer was excellent.Cons:
Not sure what features were available in Jeep model. - We were 7000+ feet on climb which our SUV handled well. When it came to steep decline (coming down the mountain), the button to turn on decline going 5 mph feature was disabled. My concern on steep decline from 7000+ feet was a concern if I would burn the braking system. Not sure if this is a feature that needs to be purchased, but at the same time there was a risk. Overall: Great SUV and would recommend to others.9.2 Wonderful

I booked a car on kayak from enterprise. The next day I get a call from Enterprise that they don’t have any cars available and they want to put me on a waiting list. I had to pick my wife up at the airport. The regional manager should be fired. Imagine going to McDonald’s and they are out of freAvis
