check in was slow, and the valet parking was very slow and disorganized. The last time I stayed there by truck was broken into and the driver's side door lock removed. I filled a claim and never heard another word from them. Rooms are ok and service via skytrain to airport is good, but the other issues are not up to Marriott standards.
Pros (+) The hotel was closed for business and has been for weeks.
Cons (-) The hotel was closed for business and has been for weeks.
Pros (+) Proximity to airport and restaurants a definite plus. Beds are incredibly comfortable
Cons (-) Gym not well equipped, parking too expensive, very crowded while I was there
Pros (+) Big rooms, soundproofing. Couldn't even tell you were staying near the airport! Front desk staff were outstanding, and very accommodating for us.
Cons (-) Hallways and elevators were strangely warm... probably 80° Probably 80° throughout. We did not get housekeeping the whole time we were there, never knew why. Trash, glasses, etc. were left throughout the building, it appears that trash, glasses, etc. were left throughout the building, it appears that housekeeping is either understaffed or just not doing a very good job. would have appreciated some...
