Great location and staff were friendly
very hard to figure out how to access the hotel with all the roadworks shutting off the main entrance. The kids were looking forward to going for a swim though when we went there the pool was empty and we knew nothing about it before hand. The sofa bed was broken so we had to get two roll away beds wheeled in and set up.

The first lady at the desk, her English was not to to a standard required, in the end we had to get her to spell what she was trying to say. If the pool is out of order. Make sure this is clear on your website and advertising. Each room needs free Wi-Fi
