Price was fine. Car itself was fine but was dirty. It had not been washed outside nor vacuumed. The directions did not bring us back to the entrance of the parking garage which took us extra time to find.Reviewed 30 Aug 2026

I did not like the vehicle. It also was way overpriced. The price was too expensive for a multiple day rental. My insurance will only reimburse me $36.99 a day for rental coverage. So, my personal out of pocket expense was too much. I’ll shop other options throughly next time prior to renting a vehicle. I was not impressed with the whole experience.Reviewed 30 Aug 2026

It was ok. The car was cleaned very rapidly and the interior was dusty. What i didn’t like is that it’s up to us to prove that the scratches are not caused by us. I asked the guy when i received the keys to inspect the car and note down the scratches. He didn’t want to and told me to take pictures of them and this is what i did luckily because when i returned the car the inspection was serious and i was able to prove with the photos and videos that the scratches were there at the time of pickup. Do better. Within hours of pick up & after preregistration where disclosure of personal information was requested, I received a text message that there was not a vehicle available for me. It should be clear that this could happen. I had no back up plan. I wasn’t aware that the registration doesn’t secure the rental.Reviewed 28 Aug 2026
