They called me the morning of my reservation and told me they had no car for me, and in fact that they were 8 cars short of what had been reserved. They had no solution to offer me and did not seem particularly concerned that I was stranded without a way to get to see my sick friend to whom I was supposed to be driving. Seamless pickup and return. Received info on where to pick up car before we landed and walked right to car and was out of the lot in 5 minutes. Same for drop off, no waiting and was on the way in a couple of minutes.Reviewed 20 Oct 2024

I waited for 1.5 hours at the rental office. I was seen fairly quickly but the paperwork process took forever. When I finally got my vehicle, there was a low tire pressure warning. I mentioned this to the attendant at the rental office but she said they couldn't fix it. So I went to a nearby gas station to get more air. But as I was driving off the warning light came back on and I could hear a hissing coming out of the tire. There was clearly a tear in the tire. They offered me another vehicle but that then took more time to process that paperwork. The car was clean but overall a bad experience.Reviewed 16 Oct 2024

Both pick-up and drop-off were terrible. There were only 2 staff members, we waited in line over an hour to get the car. No clear information on additional pricing was given. Drop off was similarly bad, no indication on were to leave the car, the location was packed and they asked us to leave the car “wherever we could park” then they took forever to do the final check and the person doing it was annoyed by the crazy amount of work he had to do by himself and therefore quite rude.Reviewed 15 Oct 2024
