Horrible after a 3-hour flight I just wanted to get a car and get to my hotel to sleep mind you I landed at 1:15 am. Only one person is at the counter she is rude its a line of 9/10 people took over an hour and I was told that they didn't have the type of car I reservation for I would have to pay extra for an upgrade I refusedReviewed 4 Sept 2025
