When picking up the vehicle, the line moved incredibly slowly. The gentleman was great and took care of four guests in the time the two other ladies were still with the same customer. The car was of lower class and category than I booked. Although it was clean and new, the driving quality was poor.Reviewed 26 Jun 2026

I paid for a complete package including insurance, additional driver, and clean fee from Avis. However when I went to pick up the car I was told that I would have to pay again since the company who actually rented the car to us was not Avis but worked with Avis.
