The pickup and drop-off were both easy. There was damage to the vehicle, however, that had not been documented. The gas tank was also slightly less than full (noticeably so) but the gauge read full when I returned it but I was charged for refueling for some inexplicable reason. I had to call and have that charge removed but I won't rent from Avis again in the near future based on these experiences.Reviewed 11 Jun 2026
