PLEASE GET RID OF NEW PICK UP ROUTINE! After waiting on line to get the car assigned, I was handed the receipt as usual and was expecting to walk right up to my car and drive away. Instead I was met with another line when I got up to the parking garage. I had to wait an additional 15mins for someone to walk me 10 ft to my rental.
