I was double-billed for this car: $454.29 from QEEQ.com who placed the rental order and $619.64 from Budget. When I disputed this double charge, Budget said I was late for picking up my car, so the original order had been cancelled and new order placed. I stood in line for the rental car for over one hour -- that's why I didn't pick up the car on time. Avis at MCO does not clean the vehicles. The first vehicle we received, a silver Camry with New York plates, was dirty and had sand all over. The Camry was exchanged for a silver RAV4 with Floria plates (DY9-5BZ), this suv was DISGUSTINGLY dirty and smelled like a dog had urinated all over the car. You could actually see the pee stains on the seats. After complaining for the second time, we were given a Chevy Equinox which was in much better shape and even though not clean, it was acceptable. The car I rented wasn't there! I reserved an electric vehicle - any electric vehicle - and instead was given a large gas SUV. I had to speak to 3 customer service representatives to cancel my reservation because there were no other cars they could give me. It was a giant waste of time and a huge disrupter of my plans.
