They were great. Courteous, friendly, and efficient. I had an email query regarding the bill and they responded back right away. The only very slight issue is the longer-than-it-used-to-be walk back from the rental car lot, but that change is probably not their fault and probably applies to all the companies at the airport. We had a bigger car than requested however it suited us so I'm grateful for that. Car was fairly clean, bit of mud on the door rims but this was minor.
