I love that my reserved vehicle wasn't given away! I needed a 15 passenger van for a wedding and it was there! I also loved the pre-register email because it allowed me to give all of my information and credit card before arriving. All I had to do was present my driver's license and I was all set! The man who met us for pick up was incredibly accommodating, driving down to meet us as soon as we arrived and giving very clear instructions and answering all questions. Car was in great shape and we had no issues!Reviewed 23 Aug 2026

Tha experiencie, in general was good. There are two things yo remark: on the pick up the attendants loose some time because they don’t know how yo find my registration file and they ask for my passport because they don’t know that inside Mercosur countries people travel with their national ID. Regarding the car it had two issues: one brake light was burned and they and the remote control of the key was without battery after two day using the car.Reviewed 23 Aug 2026
