The lady behind the desk at the pick up location was VERY rude and she intentionally didn’t want to help me with my reservation. When I finally got the car (after so much delay and struggle) the inside was filthy! The inside of the car had not been cleaned.Reviewed 9 Sept 2024

When I returned the car, I was given a receipt which showed that I owed CAD 477.99 From looking at the charges, it states that I had a prepayment voucher for CAD 1496.25 This was never discussed with me - in fact the rental agreement has this amount of 477.99 scribbled out by the AVIS service person So I was indeed surprised to find that on returning the car, I was charged this amount. Staff was very helpful in getting us a car after we made the mistake of arriving at the wrong location. Then when the car they gave us was a smoker, they immediately gave us an exchange.
