I had to wait over 30 minutes in line .There was 1 staff for priority and 1 for regular.Perhaps they could have more staff for regular checking in.The outside staff was very kind and helpful. My only complaint is long wait in line.Reviewed 24 Apr 2026

Easy pick up and drop off; no waiting at all! Had my choice of two vehicles; the Chevy Equinox SUV was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 huge suitcases. Cost was the best around by far!Reviewed 21 Apr 2026

Couldn't raise the passenger seat very low but other than that car handled great and was good on gas. Very easy and quick check in and check out at Avis counter.Reviewed 19 Apr 2026

I had a very good experience with Avis. My only complaint is that I still haven’t received a confirmation email that they said I would receive after I dropped my car off yesterday.Reviewed 1 Apr 2026

My rental agreement at sign up said, “A Kia Soul or Similar.” When I arrived at Avis, they compelled me to take an EV or be up charged for a gasoline vehicle. This proved difficult since I was taking a long trip to Charlotte, NC from Savannah, GA. I was three hours late to my class because I could not find a suitable charging station. Keeping the charge on the vehicle proved a challenge to say the least. They didn’t even provide a power cord for charging at home.Reviewed 24 Mar 2026

45 minute wait in line in Savannah airport to rent a car. Then only compact cars left were electric. The (otherwise helpful) person behind the counter had no idea how or where to charge it.Reviewed 18 Feb 2026
