Guests consistently praise the hotel's beautiful location, excellent breakfast, and relaxing spa and pool facilities. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, and appreciated the friendly staff. However, some guests reported negative experiences with service, citing unhelpful or unfriendly staff and issues with communication. The hotel is also noted for its historical charm and peaceful surroundings, making it ideal for relaxation.
