Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast is frequently described as good or very good, with several guests appreciating its variety and quality. Cleanliness is another strong point, with many reviews mentioning tidy, well-kept rooms. Room size is generally appreciated, with guests noting spacious and comfortable accommodations. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with the service, particularly the lack of staff at reception, complicated self-check-in processes, and occasional unfriendly encounters.
