The service was amazing! This was a very good hotel for the price.
The bathroom was small
No AC, unlike advertised.
Good location, frequent shuttle bus service.
Don't go there during major soccer game....
Room was quiet, although I could often hear other room doors slamming shut in the early morning as other guests came and went. Generally though, quite a pleasant stay for only one night. The hotel is also close to a bus station with frequent buses into Amsterdam Leidsplein for €6,50
As others have remarked, if there was small face cloth to use I would not have used both towels. The shuttle buses at around 8:00am are very busy and it is a bit of a free-for-all boarding them.
Many options for food and drink on the property.
Dirty grout in the bathrooms, carpets need to be cleaned. It’s price is essentially all due to the location.
Bus shuttle operators are brusque and rude
Slightly better than the budget Ibis behind it
Ibis has tried a slightly more upscale version of it's standard hotel here. When you 1st walk in it looks amazing, coffee shop, escalators going to restaurant, and a nice big lobby with friendly staff. Oh and a convenience store for water, juices, chocolate etc.
Move past the aesthetics and you have a basic hotel again. I had to move room 3 times for various reasons, and it's back to thin towels, basic showers, and ikea looking paneled furniture. It's basically what we call in England 'Mutton dressed as Lamb'.
It was fine for the overlay in our travels. Our room was very basic, no frills. Close to the airport.
take away store very expensive
friendly staff, convenient location and airport shuttle
take away store very expensive, 1.5 bottled water which costs around 1 or 2 euros at a convenient store was 5 euros
one of the cleanest hotels i've ever stayed in!!! staff was very friendly and helpful. will definitely go back!!
Very clean. Free shuttle bus to airport. But next time I will pay more to stay in airport. In this case the hotels closer to the airport were all more than 200 Euro, which for me for a transit stay doesn't make sense.
Typical transit hotel with transit atmosphere. They even have a cheaper option next door for 49 Euro
Quiet hotel, even though so close to airport
Lots of restaurants with fast food- quick and easy when you are on the move.
The noise levels in the hotel are not good as the cleaners are working 24/7 and this is not good!!
Good location & shuttle convenience. Good food in the restaurants in hotel premises.
Housekeeping staff waked us in the morning for the cleaning the room which was highly unexpected. Over all it's ok.
Clean comfortable rooms; adequate facilities in the rooms; great for a quick stop-over; convenient airport transfer
The airport is very close to this hotel which is part of the reason we selected it; it has a shuttle bus which is convenient as we had only 13 hours between flights home to the states.
The free and frequent airport bus shuttle was great.
close to aeroport, clean
not very family friendly.
The food and the shuttle service was good.
The Wi-fi facility has to be improved as i was not happy with the service of T-Mobile Hotspot as it got disconnected after 10 minutes.
The free shuttle, with frequent trips, was excellent. Always on time and never had to wait long for the next shuttle. Also started early so was able to get to airport to meet a 5:30am flight.
there are no driyer.
No remarks it is an Ibis Hotel... nothing more... low cost but with Breakfast as an extra or anything else that you may get as standard in other hotels this hotel become as it is less attractive...
Room service should be available...as a proper Restaurant Menu as well, not only badly grilled meat with frozen potato’s over fried pretending to be French fries... worst than any Mac... that’s all what it is available no matter which meal name you select...
