I would highly recommend the Pinetress.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely friendly host and clean, warm, comfortable property.
Cons: Clock directly outside our room began going off + music in the hall woke us before we were ready to get up (8am). Breakfast only from 8-9.30, so no opportunity to sleep in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Anne and Lyle were wonderful hosts. The location is perfect for exploring the Antrim coast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Anne and Lyle are brilliant hosts and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast made was top class. We really enjoyed our stay.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Both the bedroom and bathroom were impressive - gorgeous, stylish and clean. We stayed in 4 different locations on our week-long Ireland trip and this was easily the most impressive. The breakfast was equally delicious.
Cons: The only thing we didn't like was a subjective matter, we found it too hot in the room at night and had to open the windows to get relief. Maybe there was a thermostat in the room but we didn't see one. We did not bother to complain or ask for assistance as it was late and we were only there for 1 night so opening the window was sufficient.

Pros: The overall stay was amazing. My partner and I had stayed for one night and check in was very easy and quick with friendly staff to help. I had booked a Seaview suite and the room we were given was probably one of the best we’ve stayed in. Bathroom was big and spacious with a small makeup mirror. The layout of the wardrobe was very easy to use and open. Also had 2 floor length mirrors which are always handy as well as a Nespresso machine which everyone would love. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and the food did not disappoint. We checked out and was given a gift of a calendar and a small box of chocolates which I have never received from a hotel before. Will definitely stay there again next time.

Pros: The fresh air the causway stones and location just everything
Cons: All the staff were very helpful and wow what a location for the causway but unless you dont mind walking I would suggest a car the buses are very good and on time I would suggest not to get a cab to and from the airport as you could and will be in for a shock as it is over 1 hr away I cant wait to return this year
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We didn't realize how close this hotel was to the giant's causeway when we booked. It is literally NEXT to the visitor center and entrance to the visitor center was included with our night stay. This hotel couldn't have been cuter, they have a bar area with decent food and to be within walking distance of the Giant's Causeway was unbelievable. The staff were also super friendly even though we were getting there a little later, they still made sure we felt welcomed and had everything we needed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All good. Very quick and friendly check in . All staff very very helpful and friendly. Very clean and comfortable. Blissfully quiet. Walk out of the door on to the coastal path. Perfect location for walking, running, cycling and 'The Causeway'. (no shops other than the visitor centre)! We travelled there by bus and train from Belfast. All worked well. Nearby bus stops. Really friendly helpful and cheerful staff. Delicious food. Good breakfast. Good room, Comfortable bed. Very quiet. stunning view.
Cons: Personally I hate background music, so I would have preferred there to have been no music in the dining room. I asked for the music to be turned down and on each occasion it was done "not a problem", and on a couple of occasions it was turned off - even better. Thank you team. Only other thing - but very minor - I think you need a different type of coffee for breakfast coffee - we didn't like it much and it was a weak. If that is all we can moan about - then it must have been good!!

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location for local attractions
Cons: Not being greeted by someone on arrival, just an envelope with key and room, breakfast details. But it worked. Price was on the high side, but there were events going on locally that pushed all accommodation prices up.
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was delicious. Eggs toast bacon and juice. Simple but just enough. The owner was very pleasant, helpful and conversational.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, comfortable room
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Super comfy beds. Delightful owner - so friendly.
Cons: Nowhere to put bathroom/personal products in the bathroom. Otherwise all good.
7.5 Good
Pros: Friendly owner willing to help with everything, kind to speak with him. But we didn´t meet him earlier than the next day by the breakfast, what was a bit impersonal. Very good breakfast. As it doesn´t seems from outside, rooms vere modern. Wi-fi signal good for internet TV.
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was very nice but would not want the same every day. It was all very clean.
Cons: We would like to have known that there was actually no one to greet us. We tried ringing to let the host know our ETA but got no reply. We arrived and parked in the car park and tried ringing to say we had arrived and then found the envelope in the porch with the keys inside. This would have been fine if we had known the procedure in the first place. The room was rather gloomy as there is only natural light shining in from the bathroom and dark furniture. The latter was rather depressing in this context.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Central location, just a few minutes walk to the centre of town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Host is really nice. Yummy breakfast. Bedroom is also very clean. Hope could go there again someday.

Pros: Warm welcome. Scrupulously clean. Lovely chatty hosts!

Cons: Would have liked to have had a hair dryer in the room and maybe a shower curtain to avoid the water splashing so much and getting the bathroom so wet, but these are just minor improvements.

Pros: Elaine is very professional and welcoming. She runs the place like clockwork and goes above and beyond to ensure that your stay is relaxing and stress free. She even provides the breakfast early if you need to be early for work appointments, within reason of course. The B&B is spotless clean and very acessable to Ballymoney Town Centre. I would highly recommend the Pinetress.
Cons: While I stayed here it rained very heavy in the evening and that is the only thing that I didn't like. Staying here made you feel relaxed and soon forgot about the rain!!!
