Guests consistently praise the hotel staff for their helpfulness and friendliness, as well as the convenient location close to public transportation and city attractions. The breakfast is frequently mentioned as a highlight, exceeding expectations for many. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with the small room sizes and poorly designed bathrooms, with some noting issues such as lack of storage, cramped spaces, and malfunctioning fixtures. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience is positive for guests who value service, location, and breakfast quality.
