Great location, friendly staff and lovely breakfas
Hotel is in great location for site seeing and getting around Bath.Hotel room was very nice. Concierge and desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Buffet selection was impressive especially with the additional made to order options. The breakfast staff was so wonderful that they even served me when I mixed up the times and arrived late. They were very professional and friendly.
The walls were thin and I could hear everyone passing by in the hallway, but earplugs solved that issue.
The standard of service staff were very helpful . Location is brilliant a very short walk takes you into Bath and most importantly a comfortable bed.
All was fine.
Good location for visiting bath on foot. Warm welcoming hotel. Comfortable bed.
No menu available in room, no mention of breakfast cost, consequently we did not eat in the hotel.
the proximity to local places of interest. The room was spacious with old fashioned tasteful furniture and a flat screen television.
I didn't like the poor state of the decor in the public areas and the room.I also did not like coming back to my room to find the door unlocked and wide open
We enjoyed our stay with you. The staff were wonderful, the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was fabulous, so much to choose from. We will definately return.
Just a few things. The room was a little cold, not enough chanels on the television (mostly childrens channels), it was quite noisy at night, but we live in the country so just not used it...the decor was a little dull in the room and the shower (as it so very often is in hotels) was not very powerful at all. These are not complaints, just our views.
