Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location. Many found the staff friendly, though some noted inconsistent service quality. However, parking is a major drawback, with repeated complaints about high costs and limited options. Room comfort and amenities received mixed feedback, with some guests finding beds comfortable and others dissatisfied. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its modern feel and central setting, but parking and some service aspects need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The hotel is beautiful, the restaurant had fabulous, local food. This was a pleasant surprise. It’s in a location that is a very short walk (1-4 blocks) to a handful of restaurants and other amenities. Cons (-) Sundry shop was lacking, but it was close enough to amenities if need be.

Cons (-) Valet only parking
Pros (+) Our trip was last minute so we chose this hotel because the price was great and the reviews were better; we were very impressed! Very clean, great food at the bar, staff was wonderful, amenities were ample. Overall, EXCELLENT value. I will stay again even if the price goes up substantially.
Cons (-) The location means you either have to use the valet (which was great and fast) or park on the street, my truck was too big to go on the street so valet was our only option, I like more options. Bellevue is great, but if you need to be in Seattle, it's just a little further than is real convenient.
