Only got hbo on tv, which isn’t great when you have three young grandchildren. Complained daily they never fixed. Also they didn’t change towels and pick up trash on day requested, so the clerk Nick came and did it. Nick was great! When checking out told me they couldn’t discount since I got through kayak. I needed to tell kayak to contact hotel and request a refund of some money for no housekeepi...
