Guests appreciated the hotel's prime location, tasty restaurant offerings, and enjoyable breakfast. However, there were several complaints about small room sizes, inconsistent service quality, and some negative experiences with staff behavior. While the location and food were highlights, improvements in service and room size are needed for a better overall experience.
