Pros (+) Not much

Cons (-) Poor woman at front desk. She was heroic. Staffed it alone when no one else scheduled showed up. There were numerous problems, including room keys that didn’t open rooms, reservations for pet-friendly room that were missing, etc. The owner, whom she had to call several times, treated her very poorly. Unfortunately, it was easy to overhear.

Pros (+) Do not stay here if you have kids who want to swim. Pools are not heated and the water was freezing. Also, swim area is dismal. Water feature doesn’t work. And it’s dark.

Pros (+) Hot Tub was nice.

Cons (-) First room had a blood stain on the bed, second room the refrigerator wasn't working properly. Hot Tub in room was dirty. The Continental Breakfast was terrible.

Pros (+) Aside from the bed being "sleepable" there was nothing likeable about this place!

Cons (-) The room was NOT clean, dirty rag hanging on the shower, headboard was dirty (I'll spare the details) and the carpet was crunchy. Was not informed of the pool, wirlpool being out of order and when all of these problems were mentioned to the staff nothing was done to remedy it!

Pros (+) The staff was super nice and accommodating.

Cons (-) The room was awfully dirty, the stair wells had chunks of dirt. The pool room had large chunks of paint falling off the wall, the windows in the pool room were loose so it was freezing. The pool room was disastrous. There weren't blankets on the bed or in the room so we left.

Pros (+) It was quiet because there were not many people there. Definitely a case of you get what you pay for. I've stayed here before, but it's gone downhill in a few short years.

Cons (-) Hotel was run down and dirty. Mold in the shower. Carpet was coming up in the room. Beds were old. Marks and scrapes in the hallway walls. Carpets stained in the hallways. Trash outside hotel door was overflowing and never emptied in 3 the days we were there and smelled bad. No fruit at breakfast and waffle batter seemed watered down. We wouldn't stay here again unless we heard it had been renovat...
