Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for city attractions and rail travel. Many found the beds comfortable and rooms spacious. However, several reviews mentioned issues with noise, particularly from the nearby train station, and some guests experienced problems with air conditioning and breakfast quality. Service was mixed, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others were seen as unwelcoming or inattentive. Overall, the location and comfort were highlights, but improvements could be made in noise reduction, amenities, and service consistency.
