Welcome to Super 8 Bishop, CA. The motel is easily accessible from Hwy 395 North and South. The Super 8 has an outdoor swimming pool, guest laundry and offers a free light Breakfast item together with your choice of coffee, tea and juice every morning. All guestrooms have free wireless high speed internet access, in room coffee, hair dryer, alarm clock radios, refrigerator and remote control cable TV. We do allow pets for a 20USD per pet per night charge. The motel is walking distance to downtown Bishop where there are many restaurants. We do have truck, bus, RV parking. The Super 8 Bishop is 30 miles from Mammoth Lakes Resort area.

Cons:They claim "renovated" rooms, they are painted over and still smelly and crappy. Nothing new about the bathrooms or furniture or equipment. The property is in disrepair all over. They price high and offer low-grade everything. The lighting is TERRIBLE. The pool is small, dirty and gross. The "breakfast" is a poor excuse for a soup kitchen side. Days old white bread and packages of high-fructose-corn-solids-induced oatmeal with no hot water avaliable. No coffee either with no one to ask for additional items. essentially: NO BREAKFAST. This place is gross and terrible, stay somewhere else. Also, our room wasn't ready till 6pm.
Pros:Don't stay here! It was dirty, lots of broken things in the room, bugs in room, hard matters, etc. air conditioner didn't work and window wouldn't open. House keepers were friendly.

Cons:We didn't enjoy the young lady behind the desk that laughed in our faces for simply asking her where a good place to get dinner was. She was not helpful and very rude!

Cons:Too bad that the carpet still had water stains right at the bathroom entry. It looked real bad since the only way possible the carpet would get water stains that bad would come from a toilet back up spill

Cons:Some of the carpet was coming up and dirty, One of the lamps didn't work, the tile in the bathroom was broken, the tissue dispenser came of the the wall and the shower curtain hanger was installed improperly so the curtain would not stay closed. And the first man who checked us in was surly to say the least.
Pros:Stayed here because it was cheapest. Nothing special but it served its purpose. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone not looking for anything fancy. Overall good experience
Cons:Just the heater was a little noisy but only had it on for 10 min to warm up room so not really a problem.
Pros:The only thing I liked was the view of the mountains.
Cons:Staff is rude. Rooms are smokey and scummy. Bathroom walls had stains. I don' t recommend this hotel at all.

Cons:I requested for a non-smoking room but was placed in a smoking room. The motel manager told me they don't honor my request because it was on-line booking. I wasted several calls to Kayak customer service but can't switch the room.

Cons:Everything else. Carpet torn and dirty, Only shampoo. Breakfast a farce. Stayed at one other Super 8. It was a little better, but still bad enough to that Super 8 off my list of do able motels.
