Welcome to Super 8 Bishop, CA. The motel is easily accessible from Hwy 395 North and South. The Super 8 has an outdoor swimming pool, guest laundry and offers a free light Breakfast item together with your choice of coffee, tea and juice every morning. All guestrooms have free wireless high speed internet access, in room coffee, hair dryer, alarm clock radios, refrigerator and remote control cable TV. We do allow pets for a 25USD per pet per night charge. The motel is walking distance to downtown Bishop where there are many restaurants. We do have truck, bus, RV parking. The Super 8 Bishop is 30 miles from Mammoth Lakes Resort area.

Cons (-) They claim "renovated" rooms, they are painted over and still smelly and crappy. Nothing new about the bathrooms or furniture or equipment. The property is in disrepair all over. They price high and offer low-grade everything. The lighting is TERRIBLE. The pool is small, dirty and gross. The "breakfast" is a poor excuse for a soup kitchen side. Pros (+) Don't stay here! It was dirty, lots of broken things in the room, bugs in room, hard matters, etc. air conditioner didn't work and window wouldn't open. House keepers were friendly.

Cons (-) We didn't enjoy the young lady behind the desk that laughed in our faces for simply asking her where a good place to get dinner was. She was not helpful and very rude!

Cons (-) Too bad that the carpet still had water stains right at the bathroom entry. It looked real bad since the only way possible the carpet would get water stains that bad would come from a toilet back up spill

Cons (-) Some of the carpet was coming up and dirty, One of the lamps didn't work, the tile in the bathroom was broken, the tissue dispenser came of the the wall and the shower curtain hanger was installed improperly so the curtain would not stay closed. And the first man who checked us in was surly to say the least.
