Pros: Reasonably priced, friendly owners which is a plus when you travel alone. It is close to sandcastle, pleasure beach and south pier, more suited to famlies with small chrildren, mature people even younger people who are looking for tranquilaty. This hotel has a lot to offer and I suggest people should give it a try.
Cons: This is approximaitely 30 -40 mins from the centre and night clubs. During the day you can get a tram from pleasure beach or a bus, however, at night buses seem few and far between especially Sept - November when the lights are on. The resort is undergoing regeneration at the moment so hopefully this will inprove soon. Unfortunately the hoteliers have no control over what is happening to the resort, however, I hope that the work is finished soon.
