First, they did pick me up and at the place everyone was eager to help. Everyone was fantastic specially Nicole, she was professional, courteous and helpful. Nicole even offered me a discount for next time, I am definitely coming back and would recommend this place.2.0 Poor

When we arrived they were RUDE, asked if they would be driving us back to airport when we returned the car - they said no causing a round trip cab ride of $43.00. We decided not to use their service.
