Dissatisfaction
Pros: There was no reservations made for the vehicle and therefore needs my refund.
Cons: I couldn't get the vehicle and had to rent another one that is not my comfort. I need my refund.

Great service, fantastic customer service and affo
Pros: First, they did pick me up and at the place everyone was eager to help.
Everyone was fantastic specially Nicole, she was professional, courteous and helpful. Nicole even offered me a discount for next time, I am definitely coming back and would recommend this place.

First time renting a car
Pros: It was sure easy and the gentlemen at Hertz that helped us was great. I'd definitely recommend them.

Pros: Good service
Cons: They charged my credit card for the correct amount but the hold of $258 is still on my credit card. It should have been released when my credit card was charged. Not very professional. Enterprise doesn't do it that way.

Ripoff!
Cons: Pickup clerk was annoying and unhelpful much. Also, they charged us with extra 70 usd for underage driver, which didn't appear on the site!!
