The staff were always helpful and friendly. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Neighborhood is very quiet on weekends and evenings although restaurants are just a block or two away.
Hot water was plentiful but takes awhile to reach the shower.

Very beautiful colonial building, very friendly staff and excellent location.
It can get a bit cold in the rooms and there appears to be no heating.

Great location within walking distance to anywhere you'd want to go in the Candelaria, super helpful staff, and good/simple breakfast options. Would definitely recommend.
The button on top of the toilet lid to flush the toilet didn't accurately align with the mechanism on the inside of the toilet lid that actually flushed the toilet. The toilet itself wasn't broken (remove the lid and push the button on the inside and it worked properly), but it was an extra step that was mildly frustrating.
