Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location by the Rhine, with many enjoying beautiful river views and convenient access to the town and transport. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast and meals were often described as delicious and varied. Rooms, especially those with balconies, were appreciated for their comfort and cleanliness, though a few guests mentioned small or dated bathrooms and the lack of amenities like air conditioning or in-room fridges. Overall, the positive experiences far outweighed the negatives, making the hotel a popular choice for visitors.
