very clean, nice room, fantastic staff
heat in room was uncontrollable. had AC set to 60 degrees with windows open and it was stifling hot in the room all the time. literally sweating thru the night.
The staff was wonderful, very polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The beds were quite comfortable. The room was nicely spacious. It is a lovely hotel conveniently located for the tourist.
The appointments were a little less than expected considering the expense/level of accommodation. Nothing major. The furniture was sub-par - the drawers didn't close well, the closet door light weight. The phone lines did not work. There was on-going remodeling work to which the trouble with the phones might be attributed however the issue was not resolved within our four night stay.
Awesome staff. They helped a lot with restaurants and hot spots of Boston.
They asked if I'd like a spacious room.. I got a regular one oddly shaped. They had construction going and woke me up with drills and hammers at 730am both the nights I was there
Location and room size
Staff, difficult to work with. Room was not clean (mold in the bath tub, sinks leaked)
It was incredibly functional--I stayed in a clean, nice one bed room and for my needs it was perfect.
The only thing that didn't quite work was the fact that I was relying fully on public transportation and it is a solid walk from the closet T stop. I could do it, but if you have kids, or ladies, if you're wearing heels, plan to take 'em off to get there!
The staff was very accomodating. We never had to wait long for any request. The bathroom was better than most hotels.
Being near the harbor.
Taxis weren't always available, although the waits were not too long.
good service, helpful staff, enjoyed the food, very comfortable beds, good room facilities, very clean and spacious.
nothing to dislike - we enjoyed it all.
Location of hotel was great. Room was clean and comfortable but quite small, especially for a 'king room' and oddly designed
Thought it was overpriced for the size of the room
Friendly, helpful staff. Located close to attractions we were interested in. Very comfortable room.
shower pressure too low.
it was within waking distance of everything in the city
Nice room and linens
Under renovation outside
Great location, great room, great experience.
City tax, state tax and convention tax (something you have to pay whether on a convention or not) added a further US$50.00 to the original advertised Bookings.com hotel cost. For what was on offer, Breakfast was grossly overpriced, forcing us to eat out in a diner.
Nothing; it was noisy (A/C, ice machine, elevator, guests), staff not friendly, no professionalism, bad services, false marketing, elevators and hotel need maintenance, room not clean
I liked nothing excpt the location; for a Hilton I expected much more!!!
The location for a quick day in Boston was perfect...lots to do close by. It was also easy to get to with great service.
Wish the hotel had a pool.
