The customer service was brilliant. Real people. I had a minor problem with a tyre and was attended to quickly by the AA and Kwikfit. The staff at Chipping Sodbury, particularly Alex was wonderful. Well done Enterprise!Cons:

Pros:
Loved that I got a super great car to drive around, great staff to deal with (even with me a little emotional picking the car up--lost my bank card!) But we dealt with it well,, and away I went for the weekend :) Car was clean, tidy very easy and simple to drive. Staff were polite and made it very easy to do, out and back in again.Cons:

Cons:
Whenever I have pre booked previously, basic insurance has always been included. I was told this had recently changed and was no longer the case. Disappointed that my pre booked price was not what I paid in the end! Had to leave earlier than anticipated to avoid paying two days insurance, instead of one. You need to spell this out when people are booking!Europcar
