It would be nice to have a little flexibility on drop off / pick up times. My rental was 10am pick up so was expected to drop off at 10am although my flight was not until 2PM. To get the car for the additional few hours (12PM/1PM) would have costed me another $150 which was not worth it to me. All other rental companies give grace periods for free to allow for varying flight times .Reviewed 14 Jul 2026

#1 The line isn't a bother to get the car. But I've never experienced a line to pick up the car. We got our reservation and waited in line, in 90° heat for 20min. #2 I was charged twice. I was told my credit card didnt go through. IMPOSSIBLE, so we run it again. Again im told it declined. So I pull out my debit card and she says, it went through. Then once outside I see I had been charges on my debt card and credit card. The exact same amount. #3 I could have sworn I had prepaid for the car. Only to be charged again at the counter. Im going to look into this first, but im not comfortable that the charges were legit.Reviewed 14 Jul 2026

I needed to extend my rental. I called 4, 3 and 2 days in advance, dozens of different times each day. yes 2 of those dats were weekend days. No one ever answered or got back to me when I left a message. Communication is very poor at the Moncton Airport location. That has been my experience.Reviewed 14 Jul 2026

The car only had just over half a tack of petrol at pickup and it could have been cleaner. The staff responded well, but it should have been fully fueled and ready. We also had issues with the insurance - this could be a Kayak problem. At pickup, I was told we didn't have standard insurance, which I though wasn't even possible. We had to pay extra to get standard insurance! I can understand full cover with zero excess being optional for extra cost, but standard is legally required, so I do not understand why it wasn't included by Kayak.Reviewed 13 Jul 2026
