Not great, we were quoted for a ford transit or similar with a price of $615. When I got to the airport, they didn’t have any transits and could only give us an armada. I ended up having to pay $3,300 for a van which was ridiculous.Reviewed 10 Oct 2024

The staff was helpful and pick up/drop off was easy. However, we reserved a small car and ended up with an extra cab pick up truck. I would have much preferred the vehicle I reserved. I do not usually drive a truck and navigating a large vehicle in a new city was not pleasant.Reviewed 10 Oct 2024

Never got to use rental car. The worst experience I have ever had with a rental car company. Waited in line for over 2 hours and would have been another 2 hours to get near the front. I am 8 months pregnant and can’t wait in line for 4 hours. Avis and other companies under the same umbrella had NO line but refused to help despite my pleas. They wouldn’t even let me cancel my reservation and make a new one. Had to go to a competing company (Dollar) and rent a second car. Dollar took care of me in 10 minutes.Reviewed 10 Oct 2024

Upon arrival at 2 pm I was charged $40 more due to early pick up, without being asked if I were to bring it back early also. After noticing the up charge it was brought back to the original charge. It feels wrong to just add $40 without telling or asking.Reviewed 8 Oct 2024
