I was mis sold an upgrade as the agent told me wrong figures and wouldn’t show me the contract till after I had paid, then refused to cancel it and honour my original booking. Also didn’t explain correctly the pre paying fuel so I ended up being charged a full tank in stead of for 1/4. So overall an experience I was expecting to cost £120 has cost £380Reviewed 3 Aug 2026

They did not have the type of car I requested (minivan, I needed the space for luggage), didn't seem bothered by that, and made me feel silly for thinking they would. This was disappointing but in the end they gave me something better (pickup) which met my needs. Overall good outcome but not the best way to make it happen.Reviewed 1 Aug 2026
