I really enjoyed the gentleman who checked me in. I was unsure of what type of vehicle to get and he guided me in the right direction perfect. So grateful What could be better is I was unsure of where to pick the car up there was nobody at the budget desk so I had to go inside the airport and turn the vehicle in as well as check it out there was nobody at the office in the parking garage when I picked up and when I dropped off. It was an easy experience. I had some wait time at the Budget in Baton Rouge but once I get checked in, I signed a few papers and checked the car. Then I was on my way. The car was a good and clean vehicle, tank was filled with gas. Pretty seamless. Drop-off in Broken Arrow was even easier. He checked the mileage and gave me my receipt, and I was on my way.
