Price was great and I was able to get a vehicle very quickly and easily. My biggest issue was that I selected a Tesla or similar luxury electric vehicle and was downgraded to a Hyundai Venue, which is a subcompact gas SUV. I also had to reach out to budget to ask for a bit of a refund for this downgrade.Reviewed 12 Apr 2026

It was super easy. Walked off the plane, grabbed the key from the friendly staff member and went straight to my car. The drop off process was a breeze as well! 10/10 recommend.Reviewed 25 Mar 2026

The experience was poor, I did the check in online to pick up the car at 8:30 am and I arrived around 8:45 to pick up the car and the front desk lady told me they don’t have the car ready and I need to wait 30 minuts. I wait for almost 2 hours. Delay all my trip.Reviewed 19 Jan 2026

I had to wait an hour to pick up the car. The person working the desk was not very helpful. I will not be using Budget againReviewed 10 Mar 2025

I really enjoyed the gentleman who checked me in. I was unsure of what type of vehicle to get and he guided me in the right direction perfect. So grateful What could be better is I was unsure of where to pick the car up there was nobody at the budget desk so I had to go inside the airport and turn the vehicle in as well as check it out there was nobody at the office in the parking garage when I picked up and when I dropped off. Thank you other than that it was wonderful. Thank youReviewed 15 Aug 2024
