Pros:Horrible customer service. Nothing to like.Cons:Reserved and received a confirmation number. Paid an uber to get us to the pickup location only to have a very rude young lady say they dont honor reservations made in the last 24 hours. Completely bad attitude, unapologetic for our wasted time and money and no real explanation given for any of it.Reviewed 25 Jun 2019

Great Car, Great service!Pros:Great Car...fast pickup. I was out the door within 5 minutes. The weather was horrible (sleet/ice) so getting in the car and out of town to head south was really important to me. The car (a Tahoe) was brand new and a great choice for this type of weather. I really loved that there was no drop fee on my one way trip to Medford. Staff at both locations were great and efficient. Highly recommend.Reviewed 22 Dec 2016
