Staff was friendly and helpful. No hassle. However, the car smelled like smoke when I first got into it. I had to call to make sure I wouldn't get charged a cleaning/smoking fee upon return. Also, the day I was driving back to the airport to return the rental, I stopped at a gas station to fill up the gas tank. I was unable to do so because the small external panel that covers the gas cap wouldn't open. I tried everything I could to open it, but no luck. So unfortunately I had to return the car with no full tank of gas. I called customer service again and they said they would make note of it. Here's to hoping I'm not charged the outrageous re-fueling fee.Reviewed 10 Apr 2026
