We were handled with proficiency and excellence. I was renting a vehicle or Mr son and his family to ge back home on after the holidays. I we have impressed with our agent (who happened to be the manager of that Budget location)- he really knew how to get things done. They could have cleaned the car before we picked it up. The inside and outside was dirty. I found Gatorade bottles in the back the van wasn't vacuumed. When we went to drop it off they made us vacuum it out because he said there was pet hair on the carpet (isn't that your job) he was very rude and was Persistent, that we had a pet in the van.Reviewed 14 Jun 2024
