Yall don’t accept chime credit cards not everyone have access to regular credit cards and chime credit helps better than most banks. Yall would gain double or triple the foot traffic if yall accept Chime. Sat around for 3 hrs for the lady to say they don’t accept chime then had no cars available anyway I will never go with budget again.Reviewed 13 Oct 2026

When we went to the garage to pick up the car, we saw a Jeep in the target slot, and another couple were already in it. It turned out that it was their car, and ours was still being cleaned. So we waited a few more minutes before our car was parked in the same slot. We would have been less confused if we were supposed to pick up the car at another slot. The car was great! I will never make the mistake of booking a car through Budget again. As I was signing the rental agreement, I noticed a $17.99 charge - for mileage over 45 miles per day? I had booked an unlimited mileage car, first of all. Second, the rental agent at the counter said “it should be unlimited.” I hit the back button to show her, and she said “oh. You’re right! It’s not!” - I cancelled it and booked with Hertz. I’ll never make this mistake again. Garbage.Reviewed 12 Oct 2026

The only thing to note was that the pick up was at the holiday inn and not at the car rental village. But in fact that made it easier in the end. There was a gas station right opposite the place and wasn’t too busy.Reviewed 12 Oct 2026

Staff didn't listen and update reservation when I revised upon pickup. Further interactions were frustrating as staff also did not listen and update.
