Took 45 waiting for key to vehicle. Man in booth decided to help people with directions at their car for 20 min. Bringing car back, there was no person there to receive the car. There was about 30 to 40 cars just lined up and we all just left the cars there, but there was so many they were going into the roadway. SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE: I rented a car in Austria and returned it today on time. Now I just discovered that budget are trying to charge me €3144.79 what is this amount for? The car has not even a small scratch on it. I am now struggling with emails and they are not replying. So I paid the rental amount. The deposit of 569 euro is still stuck. Felt like a bait and switch when the website gave me a Tesla Model 3 as the example of the car that would be available and then it turned out to be a Chevrolet Bolt with over 35k miles. The Bolt turned out to be a pretty good car, just not in the same category as a Model 3. The price was too good to be true in the first place so I should have known, I just don't like the bait and switch. The interior screen had big streaks on it and the Bolt takes forever to charge but the rest of the experience was pretty good.Reviewed 13 Aug 2026

15+ people in line, only one agent. Stood in line for 20 min, line did not move, the guy spent the whole time helping 1 person. My math said I would have been in line 5 hours. Took an Uber to ORF, was home in bed before I would have gotten my car.Reviewed 13 Aug 2026

I wasn’t able to rent the car as they want a 750$ deposit which they actually charge. Along with having a physical credit card on you. They charge the deposit and the amount for the rental for the day. They don’t tell you that when you go to reserve the car. The experience was the worst experience I’ve had with a car rental place. The man at the desk was not friendly at all or helpful. He was so rude. I will never rent a car from here again .Reviewed 12 Aug 2026

Phone c/s was horrible. Originally booked for 2 days, changed to 24 hours, that was just fine. (When I finally got to correct place). Called again to see if could pick up early, auto phone service was horrible, ended up in Atlanta 2 times, but called the Omaha rental at 116th & Dodge. Finally got a human changed to earlier pick up, by rep named Rosie. Went to pick up and didn’t have the change.☹️. Rep was able to get it set up; however he said there was no way to make seat move closer, I’m short. Got to destination and friend found where it would pull seat closer to steering wheel. Didn’t have envelopes to put key into and put in after-hour box. 99% dissatisfied.Reviewed 12 Aug 2026
